Entrepreneurship and Creative Talent Advisory Office

The founders of Kalart, along with a dozen of expert collaborators in different areas, create an advisory service for professionals in the creative and cultural sector.

The goal is to provide guidance and support so that the private initiatives of professionals in these sectors can be business viable and economically sustainable without depending on subsidies and public aid.

This advisory point will be located at Kalart and will operate at agreed-upon hours.

Services offered will include mentoring, coaching, and specific support with external collaborators in the following areas:

Cultural management

Marketing - Viability Plan

Promotion

Financing and Fundraising.

The first session, lasting 1 hour, will be free and will serve to make a comprehensive assessment of the professional's situation and their project or proposal.

Agile methodologies will be used to quickly determine the possibilities of each project, whether it's in the incubation phase, prototyping, testing/validation, or in the acceleration/scaling phase.
