Welcome to Kalart. By accessing our website or applying to stay at our coliving space, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kalart website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
To apply for a stay at Kalart, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate information, have valid identification, and be able to legally stay in Spain.
3. Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
4. Booking and Payment
A 200 EUR deposit is required to secure your booking. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, payable in advance.
5. Cancellation Policy
3+ months before arrival: 100% deposit refund. 2 months before: 50% refund. 1 month before: No refund.
6. Minimum Stay
The minimum stay at Kalart is 1 month. Extensions are subject to availability.
7. House Rules
All residents must respect community guidelines including quiet hours (11 PM - 8 AM), keeping shared spaces clean, no pets, and smoking only in designated areas.
8. Liability
Kalart is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or injuries (unless due to negligence). Residents should obtain travel and property insurance.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately for violations of terms, illegal activities, or failure to pay rent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Catalonia.
